Shipping policy

All orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 3-10 business days, depending on your location. 

 

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

 

Free U.S Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts). Orders under $100 are subject to standard shipping rates, which will be calculated at checkout.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@forwardacademy.com with your name and order number and we will assist you.
